Hair Salon Policies
We pride ourselves on being very accommodating and understand that sometimes, “life happens” but please be considerate of our hair stylists' and makeup artists' time as well of customers like your self on our waiting list. We really value our clients’ time and want to give you the best experience possible. Before your appointment, we require a $50 deposit to secure the booking. This will be deducted later from your service fee. NO REFUNDS for NO-SHOWS.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation please do so no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to comply with this policy repeatedly may result in a 50% charge of the full value of services booked which will be credited as store credit towards future appointments.
Due to this policy, we may require your credit card information in order to reserve your appointment, depending on the amount of time required for your service.
Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the product for an exchange or in-store credit within 7 days from the date or purchase. All sales are final on makeup and nail polish.
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Appointments are recommended. As a courtesy, confirmation calls, texts or emails are made the day before your service. Please inform any of our friendly guest coordinators as to your preference in confirmation. Multiple appointments or specific services may require a credit card to secure your reservation.
Your request will be scheduled based on Artist availability. Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from From Head 2 Toez Salon.
Right to Refuse Service
From Head 2 Toez Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
From Head 2 Toez Salon is pleased to accommodate groups, so much so that we have a Special Events Coordinator on staff. Many events, including bridal parties, birthday parties, and social gatherings can be organized for your special occasion. Please reserve your date in advance so that we can accommodate your desired services and times.
For Your Comfort
We request you disclose any medical conditions such as allergies you may have and/or any prescription medications you may be taking that you have been advised to disclose as they may have adverse reactions or side effects to certain techniques or treatments.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, and Debit Cards with major credit card symbols as methods of payment.
Gift certificates From Head 2 Toez Salon are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash but may be transferred. Please present gift certificate at time of redemption.
