From Head 2 Toez Salon will accept returns for a full refund for up to 10 days from the date the merchandise is marked delivered by the delivery service company. For returns or exchanges, please include the product with packaging in its original condition for a full refund of amount paid, less shipping charges. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned/exchanged product. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items sent as gifts from From Head 2 Toez Salon can only be returned by the original purchaser.
