For returns or exchanges, please include the product with packaging in its original condition for a full refund of amount paid, less shipping charges. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned/exchanged product. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from From Head 2 Toez Salon. Items sent as gifts from From Head 2 Toez Salon can only be returned by the original purchaser. All other gift orders can be exchanged by the recipient for a replacement of the same item in the event the item arrived damaged.
